We are using Vbout, Acumbamail. It will be good to provide the most popular 3-4 tools options at least in the begining.

Any suggestions here as to which providers you'd like to have to send your own emails?
Or would you prefer them to be integrated within Sellix directly?

Daniele: MailetLite & Convertkit would be nice to have. But if you build an integrated service that works seamlessly within the Sellix platform that'd be awesome!
ANAS
Daniele: Sendinblue.com is a big brand company that has partnered with WordPress.com recently. They're successful product just like Sellix, and many investors of AS had already invested in this company when they launched a LTD campaign before. And they have all the marketing stuff any business need , So integrating it will save time and bring more features with one integration work.

Daniele: any of the larger ones would be nice, and typically only need webhooks to use: SendinBlue, Convert Kit, etc. Some of the up-and-coming ones like Acumbamail would be appreciated as well.
Some people might prefer fully-integrated email they can use for anything, but I'd caution that maybe Sellix only consider integrated email for support queries, or transactional emails.
If you offer integrated email marketing tools (instead of just transactional, or support-based), a lot of unethical marketers will jump on board, send out massive spam campaigns, and blow your IPs' credibility. Any emails sent through Sellix will then get marked in all major providers as "spam" in relative perpetuity, ruining deliverability and success of email campaigns for the rest of us.
Easier to offer webhooks or API with major providers, then let them deal with deliverability, privacy law regs, US' CAN-SPAM act opt-in and marketing compliance regs, etc. Unless, you want to, that is! :)

Daniele: Also, if you integrate email features into your API, a lot of us (or, I will, at least) will take care of requesting that API feature update with our favorite low-code and no-code integration tools, like Make, Albato, KonnectzIt, Pabbly, etc. :)
Nice thing about users requesting it from Albato, KonnectzIt, and Pabbly specifically, is that you don't have to do it, and there's no dev costs to you (except for if they get in touch for documentation questions).

Not Email marketing tools only. "Bots" especially Telegram bots.
